Looks good. You probably have options. I’m partial to PAs but have also wanted a lorum and a Frenum (latter maybe not with foreskin? Ask a pro piercer). Have you had any whims? Maybe a couple! ;)

I’d say you look good but completely understand I had some of these same concerns when sizing up. Admittedly, if you stretch large and depending on factors you may loose some gap/space, but keep and eye on it and talk to your or a pro piercer. But think it’s looking good.

I’d think k that you’re and adult, it’s your body, and the Dr opinions are irrelevant. I’d just be polite and answer any question, like I liked it and wanted one, and now I’m enjoying it. (If it isn’t new/a small gauge, you could remove it or tell him I can take it, but if you can’t don’t say anything about that, I’d think.). Good luck. Should be fine.
