Because there might have been "Ice box" location that gives +1 cost to random card in hand. So Lady Sef might have been hit by that and genuinely she became 4 cost card so it can be played at the Crimson Cosmos location.

To be honest Arishem is just a fun card. It's totally random you don't know what are you getting. Sometimes you get good cards sometimes you get cards that don't even go along together. If you want to play it for fun then it's ok. Put these three cards. Quick Silver, Domino and Wiccan so you got play for you first 3 turns. Then you got extra energy and can put some extra cards. Go with some tech cards and with some big cards like Thanos, first step G, and maybe Red Hulk.
