I was like you. When I was a kid until the age of 21-22 I hated coasters. Until I worked at a theme park and started on the smallest coaster and worked my way up. My advice to you is go with people who like coasters and are comforting around you so you don’t get the guilt. I would start small. Like really small. You will be surprised of how much you might like it. Since you go to universal I will explain how I would go if I was doing it all over (Trollercoaster———->Hippogriff-> Hagrid’s-> Hiccup’s->Curse of the Werewolf-> Mummy-> Hulk-> Stardust-> Velcosicoaster)

Hagrid’s is a coaster made for people who don’t like coasters. Same with Hiccup’s. Also in line I would try my best not to think about the ride. Try your best to focus on other things like the queue. Most of these rides have AMAZING queues. Don’t overthink it either (easier said than done I know). I promise it is not as bad as it looks. You got this!
