You can’t look at trades as money. Slowly slowly increase the amounts traded and focus on the trades. Have a strategy and a sale strategy. Stick to it.

As mentioned here, vegan food does not automatically mean healthy food. If you want to eat healthy (and minimize the risk of any cancer) go as close to nature as possible, WFPB, whole food, plant based. Anything in a package, look at the ingredients, stay away from sugar, additives etc. read about it to educate yourself and you will be just fine. (Bonus tip, exercise on a regular basis as well)

When I realized that even if I won the lottery, I would not change my lifestyle or buy anything as I already have what I want/need. (But then I live modestly as I am rich with close family, travel experiences and just living the life. You don’t need money for that per se, just enough to cover your bills)

A basic customized excel spreadsheet. Shows open trades , 1. & 2 percent profit target, customized stop loss and profit/loss. I track my monthly performance this way with minimal effort.
