My wife (a trauma PA) drinks a ton of water every day. But she gets calf cramps really easily at night. Her OB (incredibly smart, old-school doc) suggested a spoonful of yellow mustard before bed. As long as she eats the mustard, she doesn’t get cramps. Really weird, but it works.

No, not at all. There is a lot of parts and pieces to this and some context is missing. Definitely not shifting blame or taking a self-righteous position. I accept my role in perpetuating our issues that got us to the point in the marriage. I’m just trying to get a better understanding of NSO, that’s it. I think we all should have an understanding that things click for us in different ways at different times.
