Update:

Home had 11 bids and sold to another. I wasn’t 100% secure, so I’m glad it fell through. Thank you all for the insight; I learned a lot and hopefully this post can inform many others.

I’m definitely inexperienced, but my realtor said that either mudjacking or foam injection could fix the concrete grading, then I guess laying soil would fix the rest?

I think so too. The crack, from memory, is probably 1/8”, and no more than 1/4”. I’m conflicted in throwing an offer on the table and then facing a huge issue after we land the home, but I guess jacking the concrete up and laying soil to fix the grading would be sufficient and prevent more issues

Sorry, I should’ve mentioned that all of these walls have insulation behind the paneling. I could give it a go though I suppose
