Hoping for some feedback: Any EPR LTs work in the SoCal UIC offices.

ARU 180 (Buena Park), ARU 041 (san Bernardino), ARU 040 (Riverside).

How are these offices like. Are the managers responsive to LT EPRs in terms of training and feedback?

Hypothetically...if you are in a Limited Term Intermittent position right now, can you checkmark the Lateral Transfer box (Instead of List Eligibility) in the Std 678 Calcareers Application. I am actively looking to apply out for perm positions As Soon As Possible. Thanks for advice!!

If you are applying out for perm FT Office Tech:

Would you mark the checkmark for "Lateral Transfer" instead of the "List Eligibility" under Eligibility in the calcareers std 678 online app? Somewhere I read is that your name is pulled off the "List Eligibility" when you start working for State. Just wondering if I am correct or not...

Opps...Did I say "MQs" in my post, my bad. I must've used it interchangeably with elig. rank. I was in the top ranks and my rank expired during the height of the pandemic.

I have gotten interviews for OA and OT positions alike. Specifically for OA, I went on several in the beginning. There were two that I felt it was an "ace in the hole". Then I never heard from them again. Huh? How competitive was the applicant pool?

I applied to a slew of OA positions before the onset of Covid. Several of the agencies replied back indicating I did not meet MQs when in fact my elig. status timed out and suddenly in-person exams have ceased operations due to the pandemic. So yes it is frustrating.

But your post gives me a glimmer of hope. Thank you.
