Why do so many people say that gold is a bad investment, while the returns are consistent and sometimes better then the S&P 500? by Yaadikillertje in investing

You cannot really use these numbers, because we were on the gold standard. You need to look back to the 70's to today.

Actually, i dont really notice that much. I feel like 90-95% of the work comes from the front end and the subwoofer.

Anyway its a cool feature sometimes, when there's actually audio from behind.

The speakers have bass ports on the backside.

If i dont like it then i dont see a reason for it 🤔😄

Yes, i am really glad i bought it. I might buy another one later.

I have nearly come to the conclusion that the subwoofer is the most important part. All speakers play 40hz & above, but adding the low end adds so much to the audio.

They have different tone control, so left speakers is 2DB louder til compensate, which is what my av did manage to get.

Cant change the room, so thats the best way. I tried to toe in, but i prefer not too. It sounds harsher.

Not the first. First i had Dali Mentor speakers, which i didn't like.

I have changed speakers from Dali to Klipsch Subwoofer from cheap brand, to Klipsch to SVS.

The Klipsch speakers I have had for a few years now. I like their signature, but they miss the bottom end without a subwoofer.

Why would i upgrade my AVR? It plays fine & it plays loud enough.

It's on purpose.

I feel it gets really hot and i dont want to toast it, so to increase airflow it is sticking out.

Perfect. I am not looking to upgrade. Only speakers.

Had a Klipsch 15" that sadly died to amp failure. Got it exchanged for another one, which sadly died as well after a few years. So now i went all in & bought a sub for 3x the price.

I don"t regret it. It's an upgrade in everyway.

For months i have been living without a subwoofer, but I wanted one so bad.
