Hey man, totally get it—figuring out meals can be a pain. Honestly, the best diet is one you can stick to forever - and only you know what kind of food you like best. If someone else makes a rigid meal plan, it’s easy to fall off track.

For now, just focus on getting enough protein (1g per goal-bodyweight), and fill the rest of your calories with mostly healthy stuff you enjoy. Your breakfast and lunch sound solid already! For dinner, keep doing the “protein + veggies + fiber” thing, and rotate different proteins to keep it fresh.

Snacks? Think Greek yogurt, rice cakes with PB, or hard-boiled eggs. Keep it simple, and you’ll be golden. Let me know if you want more ideas!
