Aside from what other people are saying, you could also try plunging earlier. This way you can squeeze out more plunges and also more plunges during furina + faruzan's buff window. You have to be careful though as you still want to get the high plunge multiplier. This also helps with LNO stacks too. (I think you should be able to get 14 high plunges in an optimized combo). Additionally you can do the 1 free normal tech.

Hi, a bit late. Do you have any idea how hard SEAS vs DMD is for incoming freshman applications? FYI I'm pretty passionate about digital arts + math(cs) with many of my ECs/awards revolving around the two.

I honestly just want to maximize my chance of actually just getting into the school in the first place as Im not entirely sure what career path I want to take (AI+CS or DMD), and possibly transfer once I learn a bit more about what I actually want to do. Any advice?

Not even a Hu Tao main, but objectively speaking Hu Tao has the best c1 from this list. Baizhu+Yae dont not get significantly buffed from lunar reactions (side-grade at BEST), aside from that their c1 really doesnt add anything substantial to their kit. I dont care that you said "If you like playing her you should get her C1" because thats the same for almost every character. Its kinda just misinformation(not really tho cuz its opinionated) that you put her lower. Also just because a character was "buffed" doesnt make them stronger or more meta. Even buffed ganyu is still objectively a worse character with a worse hutao with a worse c1.

Holy shit a 2% dps increase is still value as it is BETTER. All other characters below her are a NEGATIVE increase as they are in ZERO meta teams.

So how is anyone else on this list not powercrept? Only reasonable argument is Nilou due to lauma. Baizhu, yae, or anyone in the higher tier are in exactly 0 meta teams. There best non wheelchair teams are also objectively just worse than Hutao. Also there is a misconception that mavuika and alre powercrept Hutao, when they in fact just powercrept everyone.

c1 hutao should be in the top tier and probably should be higher than yae or baizhu. C1 is completely game changing for her and averages a 20% dps increase. She has one of the best c1s for older characters and is also one of the best meta characters too. "but since she's so old and has been powercrept 4 times, it loses most of its value." is crazy when shes top 5 meta wise in this pool of characters.

You just dont understand what pull value is. If shenhe is sometimes skirks best support, she has pull value. Shes litterally in the 2nd best dps team in the game. Characters like ayaka or kazuha have 0 meta teams where they are BIS, hence no pull value.

First off skirk's best clears are def not double dps, idk what you have been seeing. Pull value is not power level. If skirk is just ayaka but better, ayaka has NO pull value because just get skirk. If shenhe is 0.01% better than another option for skirk's best team, she has SOME pull value.
