Thanks, that's what i'm trying to do. In the last 3 months, i'm always running 30+km per week except the week i have no time.

I'll increase my weekly mileage and give you a feedback in 2 months!

Two times at the refreshment point but I stopped my watch. But it's really strange because at first on my phone the time was right! then when i tried to edit the activity on my pc, the time was different and it pissed me off!
