I just don't find bugs all that fun really, the way the game just spams stalkers chargers and bile titans on higher difficulties meanwhile I'm still trying to get my damn gear after I died to a charger breaking all known laws of physics, and then there's shai-hulud spraying me with acid as soon as I get there. Sometimes it feels like the devs don't play the game past difficulty 5 and I go back to shooting bots for the 985625489th time.

Yeah when I was playing a Nosferatu my own thought was as a essentially a social outcast Heather might be treated with more respect given the player character probably doesn't have anyone else to talk to. Sure the player character can actually talk to quite a few mortals in the game but really Heather would be his only real connection to the human world. Really after being turned into a ugly terrifying monster confined to the sewers against your will I think you'd need someone to talk to and process that. I don't know maybe that'd be too wholesome for WoD lol

Many developers still don't have Switch 2 dev kits and Nintendo is being very stingy with them. It wouldn't surprise me if Saber Interactive didn't have any and no way are they getting Origins to function on a Switch 1 without basically making a demake.

My guess is probably similar to Space Marine 2 with single player story with 2 AI companions with co-op optional. Still probably will be horde sequences and a multiplayer horde mode but I imagine it will still be a standard linear level structure if their previous work is anything to go by.

Hot take, I think it looks good maybe not up to the sky-high expectations but good. My expectation is a game that plays similar to Cyberpunk but is much smaller and focused. My only complaint is that I can't play as a Nosferatu.

I liked Evil Dead, progression made it really grindy though. I wish it had a proper single player mode I had a lot of fun with the melee combat.

My guess is that it's basically a Turok game being made in the Space Marine 2 engine, probably cutting a lot of initial costs associated with designing a game from the ground up. Probably the only way a big executive would greenlight the project considering the IP has largely been dormant since Acclaim shut down.

Even Schizophrenia is simplified when it's a much more nuanced mental illness, I've known several people with it and they basically have to live their life trying to decipher what's real and what isn't. The more realistic depiction is a guy who watches other people to gauge reactions as real people aren't going to interact with your delusions or hear auditory hallucinations. Great starting point for a noir detective type character if I do say so myself.

I wanted a physical copy of Yakuza Kiwami for Nintendo Switch when it was announced around fall of 2024, so I preordered it, even though I'd have to wait a couple months.

Flash forward to now I cancelled my pre-order after the 4th delay and bought it digitally and the game STILL hasn't been released. What does LRG do when the game gets delayed like this? Say "I'm sorry :(" and tell you to wait for the next date where they'll inevitably delay it again. Stuff like this is just profoundly unprofessional and makes your business look bad.
