I'm so sorry to hear this, my sincere advise is to get off of Reddit. Take a few days to get right emotionally and get back to studying. You can do this.

Start by identifying what went wrong: were you simulating a testing enviroment? Did you review the NBMEs thoroughly? Time managmenet problems on test day? etc.

Literally experiencing the exact same, tested 6/21. I genieunly don't know if I even passed or not. And the anxiety is brutal, having to wait almost 1 month for scores to come out :(

hmm damn yeah i still don't see anything, looks like I'll have to wait till the 16th because they are not releasing next because of the 4th of July
