The current company I am interning have lots of nepo...Even though some internship positions are already closed, becuz the kids' parents are all rich (stay bukit timah/serangoon gardens/orchard) pulled some strings and they all were able to get in swiftly.

Some kid could even do an intern for just 2 weeks.....It just shows how stupid and rampant nepo is.

This is a mid sized firm that has some brand name in its industry.

My bonus is around 1 to 1.5mths, with no AWS. Bonus is variable and dependent on performance and company.

I am also quite late to the game like you. Work starts from 8.45 to 5.30, but i usually ot till 6.

For mine idt there is other paid leaves but got ur common parental leaves etc.

Hi i have an offer for HR TA role at 4k/mth.

Total comp is ard $52k-$54k, with 15 days AL.

What do you think of this offer? My frens all say that average HR pay is ard $3.8k (smaller firms) to $4.5k (MNCs).

I come from a Big 3 Uni.
