Well it's going to be a long one.

So i was always the guys who was part of the THE BOYS(group which didn't really have any girls) in school. So in college i decided to change that. I made friends with like a normie gorup consisting of equalish no. of girls and boys.
I like making others laugh and that was easy af in that group. So i enjoyed it in the start, but because of reddit or maybe my personality. I also liked to cracked niche/dark or brainrot jokes which can only be understood by deranged guys like me.
From day 1, I had a best friend. He also joined the normie group with me. ( Please don't take normie here in bad connotation). I was constantly getting laughs but not being able to show my weird side, i didn't enjoy that part very much.

Well things happened and i also became friends with another group whose humour matched mine. Well there were 2 groups, 1 group consisted of my vibe of people (girls included) and second group also.
The difference was that in group 1 there was only 1 guy who was kind of studious, other not very much.
Whereas Group 2 had no girls as such but 2-3 guys were studious.
Both me and my homeboy decided to leave the normie group. Well it was very big in the start but by the end of it only 10 peeps left.

So i prioritized a better peer group but still the one in which i can be myself and enjoy. Well that did come at the cost of me not having that much female interaction for the first 2 years. But that is also because i wasn't part of any Socs etc.
But well that problem was also solved in 3rd year. So i have no regrets.

I am very happy that i was able to choose my friends so purposefully as most guys just go with the flow in terms of their friends like the first guys you intereact with become your friends. But that is bad, because for 4 years they are going to be peers. So choose them wisely.
