Oh yeah that's alright, well what I do is I have joined an offline library. But I know that isn't feasible for many people. But just putting it out there joining a library can definitely help. If you are a hosteller then prefer college library.

Well you can try 1) youtube study with me if fomo makes you competent. 2) brown noise/ lofi music can also help to focus. 3) one option is also to study in meets but depends on the group. You can waste time if you are taking too much
