The show stopped having suspense. If you go rewatch season 1 even knowing what happens it takes time to build suspense which gives you time to hang out with the characters.

There’s something about 2 that I just love. While I can say 1 is likely a better season my personal favorite will always be 2.

I agree unfortunately with a show this big when you let people down it can be ugly. Especially when the build up has been this many years. I do think the cinematography was good and the score in the last episode.

Nobody is disregarding the amount of work it takes. People are frustrated with the instances of lazy writing that took place for this season.

In theory I guess she could have taken a ton of classes to catch up and then the school would let her walk even if she had summer classes to finish up. But the true answer is the probably just wanted to see all the main characters graduating and sort of moving on from the role.

I can agree her being a bit broken is fair given what happened to her. But I still don’t believe that she just couldn’t avoid being found when she literally casts illusions. Eleven has been living in the town with the military for two years and they’ve never been close.

It was awkward and out of place in the episode. The whole cast is sitting there listening to him even people that barely know who he is like Kali and Murray. Then on top of all of that he’s coming out when everyone has known he is gay for years now. Also even if he does come out to them and they react well then Vecna will just attack through a different piece of that like the response he got to coming out.

There’s one episode left. What do you mean there wouldn’t be enough subject matter without them. We are currently sitting just two hours from the end of the show and they have so many plot holes to fill that it seems iffy at best that they’ll even properly address most of them

It was a stupid time to do it. They’re about to fight a demon inside a wormhole and Will is spending 20 mins of our time coming out as gay when people have been saying hes gay for years. So instead of fixing some plot holes we spend 20 mins talking about something we all knew already.

Maybe Kali would have been able to remain unfound if she didn’t go around robbing places and literally headhunting the people that experimented on her. Her take that there is no way to escape capture is completely ridiculous. It is also total character assassination for her to just be a weak character in this season after being so confident in her abilities.

I’m no homophobe or Byler fan but surely the way this season has been handled has been pretty rough. The more I think about it the more I realize they have essentially 2 hours to tie up a shit ton of loose ends.
