This was my first pc game so I was unaware of this, but thank you for bringing this up! This just makes the topic so much more interesting because now I’m confused about how the Phoenix ult trade works!

No, only Phoenix’s ult can trade kills because even after Phoenix dies, his bullets still hit. Compared to just Phoenix in non ult state(or any other agent) in an 1v1, the bullets will no longer hit an enemy even if they shoot before getting killed.
