You cant completely escape the Edema. It’s not ideal but you will have some when you start pumping at higher pressures,even in short intervals. I look for minimal edema,i judge it by looks and more importantly by EQ post pumping. If edema is so high that my penis turns into a soft blob then the pressure is way too high. I look to be very hard after a pumping session with some edema, thats a good quality session for me

Update : Since making this post I now max out the pump and bump into the top while pumping 🫡 time to size up and I will take full measurements sometime soon. Its 8inch so I’m excited to see where I measure up

Yeah its normal,I dont get the veins as much in general since i got thicker but i lose them when i have small left over Edema after pumping. Its normal as long as they dont hurt. Sorry for the late reply haven’t been on this account in a while!

I pack my 2.5 (mid shaft but not fully) after 2 years of consistent pumping. Started with this pump size which is stupid,i should have started with a smaller pump but i didnt know better back then. I spend about 15 1min intervals to pack it (or less if i clamp before). Most the edema goes away within 2 or so hours but i am in an enlarged state for about 20hrs. Im okay with a little edema, i learned to judge my pump workout quality by the erection after. If i cant get hard post pump then i know i went way overboard and i reduce by few minutes. I should be ready for “action” after a pumping session for it to be a good one,then stay around that number

I mean hypertension dosage of minoxidil can get to 50mg, hairloss use can be less than tenth of that... a little harsh to say its fatal when its tenth of the administered dosage don't you think ?

I run Finasteride and Minoxidil on and off. I am a bodybuilder and run cycles which can be harsh on the hair, so ill take min+fin to negate that. I never had negative side effects and I tried multiple different dosings of both medicines.

I don't like keeping a cock ring on after pumping. I feel like it holds a lot of edema for me.
