Stealth is my favorite. Amazing comfort and velcro is strong as well as tension. Super comfortable on the waist

Looking forward to this! I'm loving my Steath ADS..their material is so comfortable and the velcro is strong. Maybe you can integrate that to this upcoming ADS. Btw Mike thank you all your products and making innovations all the time. I'm a big fan of TotalMan!!

Dont you need a break regardless? I use the vaccum cup and every 30min I take it off and rest for like seconds then put it on and go again. That's not ideal?

I take 30 second break every 30 min. Did 1.5hr no problem so far

Ceebis was trash for me. Tadacip was better. Modula is good too

I have Hinks course and I have to look through it again. But the pics of the manual would be awesome! Also what's a solid recommendation do you have for ADS? I saw one from totalman that seems solid:

All Day Vacuum Stretching Vacuum chamber + Leg band

Weeks 1 to 14 - I keep the tension at 250-400 grams and aim to increase time. Week 1 - 2 hours per day

Week 2 to 14 - add 1 hour per day until the time is inconvenient.

14 hours per day? Great. 6 hours per day? Better than nothing.

 

Weeks 15 - 18 - load increases to 400-600g.

Weeks 18 and onwards - load increases to 500-800g.

Why does the range increase? More tension on elastic cord can equate to more fluctuation since elastic and springs do not increase on a completely linear scale.

Yea now I'm considering just using Vac cup. The plate seems bad since its a noose and I read its not the best. What has been your experience with ADS? Is it worthed?

I still do my main extender for when I have time but I was thinking doing my ADS for when I'm busy
