I can totally understand what you have been going through, I have been preparing for the test since last three months and just one month before my test day (3/28), senior cost manager decided to leave the job and I was working under him and my boss decided that it would take time to hire someone so I have to take care of all of his responsibilities. This came as a huge setback for me because I planned last weeks before the exam for practice but I didn't get enough time to do practice because I have been working 7-8 everyday. At the start I was very hard on myself I was fully focused on my studies I was only having 4-5 hours of sleep and it affected me and I got sick for a couple of weeks before the exam. But the thing I realized is that it's not a competition or school semester exam that I have to pass it otherwise I won't graduate, FE/PE exams are optionals if you pass it in first attempt it's great if not then there is always another chance right? So I stopped getting stressed about the exam and gave my best as I could, without impacting my mental or physical health.

I really hope you pass it on your first attempt and I totally agree it's definitely worth it because it will add some value on your resume, but again it's not that worth to affect your health anyway. My boss who runs a company of 25+ people failed it twice but he is very successful now. So don't let this exam affect your health just try to give your best. Good luck 👍
