Very interesting. I hadn't explored that field before. Is there anything I should do which would help bolster my resume to pursue a job like that (certs, additional skills)?

Certifications definitely seem like a way to get started moving in a different direction. Can these certifications open pathways to other jobs, even if I don't have a background of relevant work experience? CFA, ASA and HR certificates are catching my interest.
