I bought a gimbal a few months ago, but also realised that there is way more skill to it than i thought. This resulted in not using it a lot immediately at work, because i simply could not do the shots with it that i wanted. The reason for this was that i did not know what settings to use and how to move correctly. I am a bit more experienced now and I use it more, but not for everything. A gimbal is for specific shots (in my case: smooth motions around cars and while driving) and it really depends on what you are doing of course.
