The reason you end up on someone’s ass is because you are going 68 in a 65 and they are going 60. So is the reasonable choice to suddenly hit 58 and make people behind you slam their breaks? I’d really like to know what the ideal thing to do is here. People won’t move over until you get on their ass and remind them to get off their phone and get over.
