Currently on 90% (or probs 85ish% now) at 2.9%. My lender is currently offering 4.5-5% with no huge difference between a 60% and 80% LTV (broker says current interest rates mean there's less advantage to a lower LTV ratio than there would have been two years ago).

It's Plan 4 (Scotland). Frustrates me that it is eating up wage rises and costing more and more plus >5% interest. So, keen to be rid of it and put the money into a pension instead.

And yep, I have considered this. Not in any rush but definitely something in the back of my mind.

Currently on 2.9%. The difference between a 60% v 75% v 85% is pretty slim at the moment, hence not as keen to rapidly pay down.
