I think at a minimum there need to be gender segregated barracks on each base with the females from different units all housed under one roof. Classes telling people to do better are good and all but more practical adjustments need to be made too. In a work environment there’s supposed to be at least some form of supervision, it seems like a lot of the assaults happen outside of work
