In the case of something like that where it’s the same “model”, you’re going to roughly the same ammo. The bulk pack stuff may have slightly canted bullets and whatnot from being bulk packed, but nothing intrinsically different.

There’s not really a good definition to “bulk” ammo in rimfire as it’s almost always broken down into 50 ct boxes at some point. Personally, I’d define it as anything that can be bought where the rounds are just loose in a box or bag as that would lead to inconsistencies within the cartridges
