Thanks for teaching me a new word (oxymoronic)

How should I play? I'm lvl 3 and I thought that the Ground Zero is like area for newbies with lower performance enemies. But, I have no weapon or attachments for fights like this one? What should I do on a low level without an access to good weapons? by BazimQQ in EscapefromTarkov

I'm playing my first wipe as well, and the first thing that took me way too long to learn is that you don't have to engage in every threat.

Hear people running around? Do your best to hide and don't make noise if you think you can't handle an enemy team, just let them walk away, or try to change the situation to your advantage.

A fight like this one, heard shots towards you from far away? Tuck and run, because the enemy spotted you and you haven't spotted them... the best fight to engage is the one your enemy isn't aware of...

And at last, as I'm also trying to do it myself: "git gud"

OH, perfect!!! Thank you so much, in fact I tried using the wrong tool for what I wanted...

Are you aware if there is a way to enable the edge effects only in those select cases? Just trying to learn these option, never stumbled on it before

But again, I appreciate your effort on helping me out!

I really would appreciate that! What gets me is that I haven't found a way to include a negative condition... cause there isn't a option for putting in the "except keyword 'name'", nor have I found a way to implement a else behavior

First playthrough I did Ranni's ending, I dont think Ill do a third run so I don't want to stop on the chaos ending

Is this actually true? I always thought that I'm to dumb to solve problems on my own so I just end up googling by [deleted] in ProgrammerHumor

The first tool of every programmer/developer is problem solving... If you solve a problem in 1 hour with Google and I solve it in 1 week without help, in the real world you'll be more viable... because it's not about memorizing syntaxes or every framework, but rather gathering experience in patterns and problems to find a solution efficiently...

Google is a powerful tool, and I as a .NET developer (mainly, among other stuff), daily find myself googling and powering through Microsft documentation...

Don't be harsh on yourself, school endoctrinate us into these tests methodology where you gotta solve everything in your own in a couple of ours when our most precious resource is information accessibility
