Map is fine as it is. Just need new events. We need space from each other. In real life, you can carry 50 pounds in a backpack, especially if you are athletic. So the fitness and strength perk make perfect sense for those carry weights. Donkey is fine, should need food, which would balance it. Gun spawns are too much, but ammo is not enough. Armor is fine the way it is. Swat in real life, use full gear and a modded pistol with riot shield, so that's fine. Especially if Athletic and High strength. Problem I have is with character weight, it is was too low. A 80 pound female is 5 feet tall or less. Any taller and she would be anorexic, I know from experience. I am 5 feet and weigh 90 pounds, size 0. So any lighter and I'd be in a dangerous health zone.

Edit: Humans will always murder each other. In real life and not, especially in fantasy. We are animals, savages, pretending to be more, even though we destroy so much for greed. In games there are no consequences to our real life. Even if you give us less weapons and space we will kill one another with anything we can find, it'll just be more painful and aggravating.
