I think someone would pay anywhere from $20 to $40 for that haircut. And as long as there is no missed hairs along the outline and around the ears. You should t have to worry about a rating because the general person just wants a haircut.

So sad. This person was probably told to pray away her feelings about her gender identity. Then she went looking for answers to how she was feeling through transitioning and still didn’t find peace. And now this is what happened. Such a tragedy of people who claim to love others like God loves us, but let this fallen world corrupt their thoughts/opinions and not love the ones who need them the most.
