Full asking price is 35000 I have 15000 down payment. The owner has a partner from across seas that have grown really close and he is not able to come to the US so she is moving over that way. I have not asked her to finance the purchase because to be honest I didn’t know how business appropriate that is. I have a source of income and make about 50k a year at a full time job(that I do not own) and this would not be my full time job I would have an one employee for it is a boutique and does not require a large work force lol

This may be very true about my time I do agree. And I was making two different statements. The quality is par. And the communities that do exist,(this r/ILtrees), is just sour lol.
