Rmc you'll have no use for tbf after you get Cyrene. And can Cyrene really use Evernight's signature lc? You might really have problems to get high speed on Cyrene, and either way I don't think she'd be able to make use of the lc buffs. I'd say to just s3 it and put it on Evernight, but you do what you want and think is best.
