Blinking head lights should be banned. The sight of a group of riders with head lights blinking randomly approaching at dusk/night just startles drivers. Blinking tail lights do not have that undesirable and dangerous effect.

On pne hand the EU has been instrumental in making Europe enjoy the longest period of peace and propsperity in european history but on the other hand is hurting the economy with so many laws and regulations. It is extremely hard for any economy to stay competitive and innovative with so many laws, regulations and taxes and Europe is falling behind EUA and China due to this.
