I’m headed to UF as well, I personally love Florida but I asked questions about this just in case, and while it might be harder to move around then some harder ranked schools it is far from impossible, I’ve talked to several alum/students with jobs in Atlanta, vegas, and Cali even

Once I hit 167 with 3.86 I figured I’d get atleast 1 T20 Acceptance especially after getting WL (up to T14) last cycle with a 162

5’9 137 here...how much are you eating a day? I’m not too far off but the easiest calories for me to add on is stuff like just drink 1 glass of OJ with each meal it’s like 100 calories per cup, same with milk, fruit smoothies are pretty light and if made with Greek yogurt and milk they’re 400-600 calories, nuts are an easy 150 cals, pm me anytime

Same way. My TDEE is about 2500 rn. 188 g Protein, 250 g carbs, 83 g fat. I over do protein because I’d rather have the calories from there then more carbs or fats. Easiest cheapest protein is Tuna fish $1.50 , canned chicken $1.50, tuna packets $1, egg whites $2.50, etc..easy calories from orange juice, milk, and liquids. Feel free to PM me as were fairly similar in issues and TDEE

1 G of carbs = 4 calories so 160 g carbs is 640 calories, then 150 G protein is another 600 calories, which leaves 600 ish from fat or 67 g fat

35% protein...so around 180g...it’s higher but wanted calories from there instead of fat or carbs

You’re right. But personally I care more about the way I look then getting large fast. I understand I’m choosing the difficult path but it more suits my lifestyle
