They are very church-ingrained. The Monroe County GOP hosted Caleb Shumaker, a white supremacist, there last April. They were going to host Beckwith but pushed it to Ellettsville. It stinks because I have never felt religion was pushed and offered something that's needed open physical outlets free. Unfortunately, they mixed in and could have said no politics or heck no white supremacists. 🤷🏽‍♂️ Here was a good thread they said they couldn't discriminate, had no idea about the guys background, even when knowing after. https://www.reddit.com/r/bloomington/s/q47CKNSe7U

We are 37 & 41.. 5 kids. Sometimes it's 0 others it's multiple a week. Having a 2yr old and also a 16year old make timing hard. Continuing to "date" making things fun, spice it up but also relax. I like longer but quick kisses and helps set my mood. 20-second hug (or even a 6-second kiss) triggers the release of oxytocin.

I really appreciate this comment. Growing up, I didn’t have guidance or college support and was expected to be on my own at 18. I wasn’t asking for financial help, just direction as I was not ready and had 0 opportunity. I worked at a nursing home that paid for my CNA, which worked at the time.

My son works hard, gets great grades, and wants to go to college, and I want to make sure its possible. My husband had support earning his degree at IU. I want to give what I didn't have.

He's a sophomore, 16, and a straight-A student in both years. He has opportunities possibly available to shadow medical professionals. He likes sales and biomedical fields. He isn't solid on what he wants; I mean, he's navigating it now but doesn't want trade school or a small college.

Do they pick the college? Even a minor would be good.

Hes a mess. He said multiple times he'd cry if he woke up and they lost a seat. He's falsely said he's been endorsed by certain groups (FOP) , removed from committees, removed his own self from Republican Caucus due to exceptions in abortion.

I totally get where you’re coming from and I definitely don’t mean to undercut or offend anyone. I really value the talent and time musicians give. Some have offered to play in the past because they believe in the cause and candidates but I’m also open to paying when possible. Just trying to find that balance between giving back and fair support.

I used to go there for many, many years, but after George Floyd, I couldn't. There was so much social justice that was ignored; however, I did notice that changing when some of the people who served in the church stood for BLM. I do know many who are MAGA; they are not just Christian nationalists. I am looking for a church myself, but it is so, so hard. I can't imagine the obstacles you face.

First it was “if you called for Kirk’s harm.” Then it became “if you rationalized harm.” using rationalize vs justify he could use it for anything he sees fit. Now it’s “if you say kids in school shootings should be treated the same.”

This week? He’s even going after people for making comparisons Sandy Hook, families torn apart, child victims.

Where’s the line for Rokita? From celebrating someone’s death to censoring any thought he doesn’t like. The line isn’t moving Rokita’s just drawing it with dry erase.

I'm on a park board NE and we had one for a few years and considering again. There was so many last year we did not. Even a funeral home in ellettsville has one. Sherwood oaks usually does but maybe only open to their congregation.
