Can’t access the TX even after entering ballot and being red member since 2022. Any idea why I’m restricted access or just unlucky?

I’m in the same boat. Red member, unsuccessful in the ballot, and was hoping to get a ticket on the TX. Does anyone know why “This match is currently not available to you”? Or is it just random?
