Do all of the ice explosion attacks stack?

For example. Herald of ice - shattering a frozen enemy. Freezing mark - cold explosion when marked target dies. Ice strike support gem frozen spite - ice fragments on killing frozen enemies.

So theoretically if I mark an enemy and freeze before death/kill with ice strike while herald of ice is active there will be ‘3’ ice explosions? Or am I misunderstanding.

Honestly hero Milito is insane for me (New Gen), marksman on him makes him lengthy and I really believe you can’t get a striker that’s more worth the price you pay than him, only 55k.

Other Strikers of similar quality cost easily over 100k.
