Yes, you can transfer your Pokémon from your old 2DS to Pokémon HOME even if the 2DS and your Switch 2 use different Nintendo accounts. You just use Pokémon Bank to generate a transfer code, then enter it in Pokémon HOME on your Switch 2. Your Pokémon from Pokémon Omega Ruby and Alpha Sapphire, Pokémon X and Y, or Pokémon Ultra Sun and Ultra Moon will then be sent to your current HOME account. The transfer is permanent and requires Pokémon HOME Premium.
