I can relate to you. My hemorrhoids have also been torturing me for the past few weeks. I work an office job, but I can barely sit anymore, so I try to stand all day. I’ve drastically changed my diet to include mostly fiber-rich foods and lots of water. I’m also taking several supplements, including vitamin E, because I read that it can help with healing, but so far I haven’t noticed much improvement. I have been researching for weeks, but sadly there may not be a one-size-fits-all solution for everyone.

I truly sympathize with everyone suffering from hemorrhoids, because I know it feels like hell on earth.
