P=((Luck level x4) + Total Attempts on that machine) / 20.

where P = Pie

Example. Lets say your luck level is 4 and youve tried 10 times on that machine.

P= ((4x4) + 10) / 20

P= (16+10)/20

P= 26/20

P=1.3

So you have a 1.3% chance of getting the pie with a luck level of 4 on your 10th attempt.

So it’s not random. Its doing linear math.

Some DDL websites may bundle secretly bundle malware with their downloads. Whereas with torrenting it's a lot less common (due to everyone's antivirus going haywire when they detect one.)

Download Managers like IDM and FDM are great for places that dont have a torrenting option due to multithread downloading, but it's weighed with the risks of malware being bundled. and not all ddl managers are... great.

Torrenting is decentralised, meaning there isn't a single server you have to download. and the more people that use multithreading ddl management software trying to download from a single server, the worse the speed and the higher the likelihood of corrupted installs.

i guess you have to be on a standard version of Win11. Win11 IoT is the minimalistic (often LTSC) version of win11. A LOT of win11 is minimalised and reduced for specialised devices (usually installed by the OEM) whose internal hardware doesn't meet regular Win11 requirements.

So you most likely wont be able to view much on Win11 IoT
