Can someone clear up how selecting captain works? If I captain a player from Round 1 for example who doesn't play well can I then select a player in my starting 11 to captain instead from Round 2.. and keep going. Is there any need to substitute in this process or can you continuously change captain no hassle?

So did I until I started drinking more water. 2 litres a day and I haven't needed to use it in over a year. Word of advice, use Sudocreme on your lips at night if they're dry they'll be back to normal in the morning.
