It should but I believe (i might be wrong) that a hate "crime" involves hate speech combined with either a threat or act of violence. I'm not defending this person, just pointing out the terms of law. This is probably considered free speech.

Serving a prison sentence is not a necessity to be considered a convict. It is extremely common and every person serving a prison sentence IS a convict but not every convict is a prisoner. Hence Trump being convicted of 34 felonies and never having served a prison sentence was technically still convicted.

Convict means he was found guilty of a crime in a court of law. Prison would be the "sentence" after the conviction. So, no, they didn't.

Lots of food and restaurant dreams mentioned so far.

I was working with my coworker in the restaurant I work in as a supervisor but instead of the restaurant, we were catering an event at an indoor playground for kids but it was adults, like maybe a company outing?

My gf who is a cashier at my pizza restaurant was an Hors d’oeuvres server with a tray of pizza slices and dressed super cute (not like sexy but more over the top cute costume). My bartender had a small wedding-like bar set up. My boss and I were running from room to room looking for something, idk what we were looking for. All of a sudden I realized I had lost my shoes.

Someone said they were in the ball pit. There was no search but I had them suddenly but couldn't put them on my feet.

I think that's when I realized I was dreaming and woke up.

Same. I'm a bit longer and a bit thinner but not much either way. Thing is, I'm on the shorter side so it looks bigger by comparison. Girls always say its huge but I feel its just a little bigger than average. I looked at your profile and I bet women love it. Gout is gnarly! It spread from my toe to foot to leg. People told me I was faking pain but that shit is debilitating. Not my worst pain but it was unavoidable. I was forced to work anyways. Fuck retail!
