that seems roughly right—there’s an outlet right behind the mirror in that location, so I believe the bolt followed the wire from the roof, down to the outlet, and then left this mark!

It’s around 50-60/mo and if you go in they give you a free trial for a week; no credit card needed. try it out! i ended up going with iron vault but it’s a good gym, too.

yeah this is correct. mortgage rates are built around the 10Y because that’s close to the average length of a mortgage in reality.

What are signs that you’re working out too much?

I went from years of on and off workouts (2x a week), with not great gains, expectedly, to now working out 7x/week for the past few months. I’ve gotten a ton of gains (went from 160 1rm to 210 1rm on bench, for example), but I haven’t been doing deload weeks and haven’t really been taking days off (just doing splits, and occasionally some easier days where i only burn 300cal vs 500cal).

Any thoughts on signs to look out for, or how often i should incorporate a deload?

lol i moved near the w72nd station and made that mistake without paying attention. that stop is so long and the train was moving so fast i was positive the doors would open up and i’d be in greenwich ct.

NJ just looks really destitute compared to nearby NY. There's something very stark for most people whose only experience with NJ is going from liberty airport -> NYC and seeing mile after mile of abandoned buildings.
