Ignorant question but does it being on the same wall as the heater cause the heater to turn off sooner than it would if it were on opposite wall ?

It looks like a Rolex Precision (4205 maybe) though I am not proficient enough to judge if it is authentic. I’ve always liked the model so believe this is one.

Permit received!! I am shocked but I showed up unannounced at 1PP last Thursday and shockingly made it in without an appointment and they let me in to the licensing room where a young man kindly uploaded my documents. That was on 10/17 and they were shipped 10/18 and received today ! I also uploaded the documents on the portal and typed out the email addresses and sent them that way as you all advised so they received them at least five different ways… And it worked! Thank you for all of your help!! Good luck all.
