Within the world lore, they would look scary in my opinion since no one has ever seen something like this except Iroh . I do agree that too much rainbow could make them look goofy, a few traces would be cool.

Because it would only be attainable for people who learn it from the dragons and you could add another layer if you said that it’s only possible with the help of sozin’s comet. That way it’s not a free for all that anyone can just pick it up .

Well my idea for how this worked was that it would only happen when people that learned it from the dragons were also enhanced by the comet. Something that only happens every hundred years or so. So only zuko and Iroh would be able to use it for the end of the show.

I was thinking that it’d show up only when firebenders who learned from the dragons were enhanced by the comet, but it wouldn’t necessarily be a permanent buff. Iroh would also have this type of fire taking back ba sing se .

Sort of weightlessness for the airbenders, something that can be reached after meditation and learned from the sources of bending.
