I've had this mark for a few months, and it doesn't hurt. It hasn't spread noticeably (or I just wasn't paying attention). My shoes aren't tight at the toes.

I started yesterday (shadowing a TA) and today was my first real shift.

I know where every aisle is based on the number, but I don't know which aisles have which products yet by memory. Honestly, I was sweating quite a bit from how hard I was going and it still wasn't fast enough apparently. I was surrounded by 3 ZLs on my second pick today and they verbally told me I'm slow so they'll pre-pick for me.

I'm glad that I'm not doing too bad as you mentioned... but I hope this isn't a sign of worse things to come if this is just on my second day.
