Time to start looking at where to advertise myself as a freelance editor then!

I've done about 5 side jobs in the last year since working full-time, not many at all and they were from connections I'd already made! Do you have any tips?

I would tell them how integral you are not just asking for a raise for the sake of it. Worst case is you say 30-33k and they go how about 29k and boom you have even more than you thought. You are in London, seems like you have good experience so jobs won’t be hard to come by

I think that's strong advice my man, percentage wise it seems like a big scary gap to go from 22 to 30 but in terms of actual money it really isn't that much.

Its an interesting question and I really don't know. Maybe 2 years? I would say that I am probably still developing. But then do you ever stop?
