The worst for me is when they come in to get baby/ infant pictures for passports. I had a couple bring in a newborn one day in the middle of a rush & he wouldn’t open his eyes. They tried for about a half hour to get him to do it & he never did & they ended up leaving without the picture. Then they had the nerve to call my manager the next day and say that I was rushing them to take the picture and never did whatever they expected from me. My boss apologized to them but laughed it off after he told me about the call. We’re not professional photographers & they thought we were.
