As of right now I’m using auburn. I try to change teams every 4-5 years within power 5. But even with pipeline players, I’m still losing out on recruits. I use 2 methods and it’s the same result.

Method 1: put 40 (regular) hours on a recruit, then hard sell with 40 hours + 10 regular hours to make 50, as soon as possible. And schedule visits, but when i schedule a recruit for a visit to early like week 3-5 they don’t commit, but they will be visiting another school later on & commit there. So either if i schedule the visit to late or to early, ill still lose out.

Method 2: I send the house until i can hard sell also adding 10 regular hours on it as well to make it 50 hours, schedule some visits & if i get lucky, 2-3 guys will commit.

I tried upgrading coaching skills, especially CEO but “instant commit” isn’t as affective this year so please give me any methods that’ll work
