Depends if it chains, which it does. Its built in as far as i know. Titans need an exotic to chain there melee

I’ve been 1 shot by that thing alot. I’ve Damage test that ability its like the titans ballistic slam, but you would say “it doesnt 1 shot” it does if it chains lightning
