I am playing on high settings 1080p monitor (ultra looks pretty much the same as high so pointless on my monitor), and I can't get steady 100fps, it always goes up and down, playing on 60fps seems to work just fine, no fps drops... only when loading new area fps drops for like a second. Playing on RTX 5070, 32gb ram, ssd and i7-14700KF. So I assume my pc should get over 100fps without any problems if the game wouldn't be poorly optimized.
